Once Adam sets his mind on a goal, he commits 110%. This dogged determination is just one of the reasons we are so grateful to have him on the Constellation team. Adam oversees day-to-day operations and ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Constellation’s exceptionally high standards. With a background in the hospitality industry, Adam’s ability to provide personalized customer service is unparalleled.
Jeremy Morris - Owner & Founder
A Renaissance man in every sense of the word, Jeremy leads the Constellation team with a vision: Empower your team and they will consistently provide superior craftsmanship and customer service to your clients. Constellation prides itself on its culture of apprenticeship and profit-sharing and we believe it shines through our work. This approach has allowed Jeremy to cultivate an all-star team and a bevy of happy clients. While running a small business and spending time with his young family keeps him quite busy, Jeremy’s passion for woodworking remains strong and he can often be found working alongside his crew.
Rachel Morris - Marketing Manager
Always enthusiastic about writing bios for others, Rachel dreads writing her own… A landscape architect and project manager by day, Rachel manages Constellation’s marketing mostly by night. Eager to join the Constellation team, she jumped at the opportunity to build its branding, marketing, and business development efforts.
